MANUFACTURING FACILITY
SPINNING
Bannari Mills operates combined spinning units with an impressive capacity of 144,000 spindles, enabling us
to
produce nearly 90 tons of high-quality cotton yarn daily. With state-of-the-art spinning technology sourced
from
Rieter (Switzerland) and Trutzschler (Germany), we ensure consistent excellence in every batch. Our premium
yarns
are exported to leading markets across Asia and Europe.
KNITTING
Our knitting division excels in producing a diverse array of fabrics, including single jersey, interlock,
and rib
varieties, available in diameters from 20 to 36 inches. With advanced knitting equipment from Pailung and
Mayer
Cie., we achieve an annual production volume exceeding 300,000 meters and a daily capacity of more than 30
tons of
knitted fabric. This capability allows us to deliver superior knitted materials tailored to a wide range of
applications.
WEAVING
Bannari Mills weaving units in India operate within a sprawling 2.2 million square foot facility, providing
the
scale and expertise to manufacture wider width fabrics—accommodating widths up to 140 inches. Our weaving
operations
can deliver thread counts ranging from 200 to 1600, resulting in a monthly output of over 7.5 million
meters. This
expansive capacity makes us a trusted partner in supplying high-quality, customized woven fabrics.

At Bannari, we are dedicated to sustainable growth and responsible business practices. We operate 27 windmills in
India, collectively generating 35.4 MW of green energy annually. This clean, renewable energy meets 50% of our
total
power requirements and allows us to significantly reduce our carbon footprint, as our operations run without
emitting greenhouse gases or other pollutants.
